The Centre for Excellence has delivered and installed the CFE fully integrated application suite to local government of the Malaysian Intelligent City, Putrajaya for its City Management Centre through the company's Asian partners for the management and maintenance of the entire local council's valuable assets.

Intelligent Urban Systems Sdn Bhd (IUS), a Malaysian-based technology company incorporated in 1998 and a member of The Aldrich Group of Companies, is a qualified ICT engineering firm that specialized in the areas of ICT systems to Intelligent Cities - system design project work, including detailed analysis of system requirements, hardware, software, database, communications, equipment installation, conversion to the new system, staff training, equipment and system testing, system implementation and operations oversight.
The Centre for Excellence has teamed up with IUS to deliver the technology solutions to Putrajaya's City Management Centre for the Facilities Management System (FMS). The RM 19 million project has enabled Putrajaya to monitor, control, coordinate and manage the various public facilities and amenities such as roads, traffic lights, intelligent signages, CCTVs, information kiosks, bridges and public parks. The implementation represents the first time that the three major modules have been customized and integrated for a local authority.
Each of the modules stated above can be produced and customized depending on the needs and requirements of other customers outside of Putrajaya.
