The Centre for Excellence applications have been developed using the Oracle development tools Developer@2000, Designer@2000 and Programmer@2000 and are installed on the Oracle RDBMS that is market leader on both Unix and Windows NT operating systems. The Centre for Excellence application suite can run both on the Web enabled stations and client-server modes.
