Fixed Assets

The Centre for Excellence’s Fixed Assets module holds the physical records of all your assets.  The database holds information such as insurance details, depreciation schedules and maintenance charges for each asset, together with a history of usage and details of outstanding lease or warranty.  The system is also capable accommodating acquisitions, additions to existing assets, transfers of assets, write-offs, residual values, depreciation, capital gains or losses, revaluations and multiple valuations.
